Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Crafty Creations Loft, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made products. Because our items are personalized and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below for more information.
1. Custom & Personalized Products:
- Made-to-Order Products: Due to the unique nature of our custom and personalized merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in the custom design, engraving, or item description).
- Errors or Defects: If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the details specified in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on the situation).
2. Non-Custom Items:
- Eligible for Return: Non-personalized items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for non-custom products, please contact us at info@craftycreationsloft.com. We will provide you with return instructions. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective.
3. How to Return Your Item:
- Step 1: Contact info@craftycreationsloft.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Step 2: Ship the item(s) back to us within the time frame specified. Please pack the items securely to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Step 3: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exemptions:
- Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or Customized Orders: Items that have been specially designed or personalized to your specifications (including custom names, initials, and messages) cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or error in the personalization process.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned goods.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error in your order or the item is defective.
6. Damaged or Lost Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
- For lost packages, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We can help you with any necessary documentation to resolve the issue.
